HRMIS has two payment options. One is subscription based and another is for the full perpetual license.

You can pay by cheque/bank transfer/eft/visa/paypal to QED Solutions Ltd. Please email support@hrmagic.org and request for a payment detail.

You can access our HRMIS in and out of the country as long as you have an internet connection. Some of our clients run operations across multiple countries and are using the HRMIS to manage their HR and admin operations.

We don't share any records or piece of data that belong to the client. At QED Solutions, we have a strict privacy policy that is followed to the letter. We are GDPR compliant and also compliant to the data protection and privacy laws of the countries in which we operate.

You don't need to install anything on your computer or mobile devices. The HRMIS is hosted on servers locally or in the cloud.

Have your employee and payroll records available. You can decide to enter records one by one or do a batch upload using our scripts. Our support team will assist you wherever and whenever you need help.

We currently have clients with over 500+ employees. For huge operations, our system is capable of running multiple instances (departments, countries, companies) under one account. Our HRMIS is scalable depending on the resources available.

QED has several HRMIS clients operating in different jurisdictions. The system has inbuilt PAYE, Social Security, Local Tax, Childcare and several other statutory deductions for several countries in Africa. The solution will be customized to suit your requirements.
